Perfect for how I feel today!!!

                                                 Giddy in my Cloud World

All worries are gone, lifted right away!
Happily I soar to my cloud world today,
A place so fluffy and bright,
Shining and lively even if its night.

Any problems normally severe or mundane,
Soar up through my world like miniscule planes,
As they pass through the clouds,
                                                Letting out grumbles and growls,
I wave and let them glide by,
So easily solved and I continue to fly!

Higher and higher into the white shroud,
So giddy am I in my world in the clouds!

For Nature

                                                                 Outdoors

Whilst the summer sun burns brightly
I walk down the tree shaded trail,
                                                 Branches stretching overhead,
As if the trees are reaching for each other.
Their roots make caves near my feet.

                                               I hear running water,
Not babbling, a steady, gentle thrum.
Its cool feels so good running over
                                               My previously shoe caged feet.

                                                My thoughts travel through possibilities,
                                                I hear voices,
                                                See houses,
And feel sleeping souls in the back of my mind,
                                                They need rousing!

                                                Outdoors bring thoughts of creation,
                                                Could I give a tree a mind?
Or running water a discernible song?
                                                In my now inspired imagination
                                                Most certainly yes.

New Poem

                                                                    Water.

I've always been a bit of an otter,
                                                   Enjoying very much the water.
                                                   When feeling hot,
                                                   Feeling dry,
                                                   Barren as the Sahara,
Oh its enough to make me cry!
Until into the water I dive.

Splash! I am bathed in cool!
                                                   Quickly enveloped in the pool!
                                                   The surface is a ceiling,
The world around me is blue,
Truly this is what I love to do.

I'm light as feather and able to fly,
Down, down as if diving out of
                                                   The sky!
                                                   Twisting and twirling,
                                                   Bubbles in my ears singing,
                                                  All is quiet,
                                                   My mind is at rest,
Indeed being in water is the best.

                                                               Evening for Tea.

                                                     Whilst wind bellows loudly,
And snow tumbles down in piles,
There is nothing quite like a cup of tea.
A cup of warm amber or gold,
When my toes are cold one sip takes it right away,
The perfect finish to a long tiring day
Tis a drink appreciated over the ages,
Served artfully to all coming through a lady's door,
So important that it practically started a war.

                                                 Tea is lovely,
                                                 Tea is healthy,
                                                 Have a cup,
                                                 Swallow it down,
You may find its effects surprisingly.
